Exchange and Return Policy

Clothing and Bikinis (*)

Making exchanges with us is a simple process. However, it is important to note that WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS.

  • Each item can be exchanged only once within 10 days of purchase.
  • To request an exchange, send us a text message at 🇺🇸+1 (786) 325-7247 with the following information:
    • Order number.
    • Item you wish to exchange.
    • Reason for the exchange.

Once your message is received, we will provide instructions for returning the item. All costs associated with return shipping and reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and free of stains (including makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear).
  • Remain in its original packaging.

Important: Any item that does not meet these conditions will be classified as an UNACCEPTABLE ITEM and will not be exchanged. In such cases, the customer must cover a reshipping fee to have the item returned to them. If the reshipping fee is not paid within 30 days, the item will be discarded, and no credit or refund will be issued.

If you receive a defective item, report it via text message to 🇺🇸+1 (786) 325-7247 within 24 hours of delivery. If it is not reported within this timeframe, the item will be considered an UNACCEPTABLE ITEM and will not be exchanged.
